Here's what you'll need to begin the admissions process
for the Baylor Business MBA Online.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the U.S. or proof of equivalent training at a foreign university is required. The transcript from your graduating institution must show proof of your degree.
English Language Tests: All foreign national and permanent resident applicants are required to provide a score from the TOEFL, IELTS or PTE Academic. Minimum scores are required.
Foreign Transcripts: If you are an international applicant, or attended a foreign university, please follow the guidelines for foreign transcripts available here.
A detailed current resume, indicating professional work experience – including start and end dates (month and year) for each position held is required. Provide accomplishments and skills acquired, including managerial experience.
While admission to the Baylor Online MBA is based on a holistic review of your file, most students show six or more years of full time post-graduate work experience. Your career progression will be considered, as well as whether you have had direct reports, managed projects, budgets or held significant leadership roles.
The GMAT/GRE is required unless you have a minimum of four years of post-graduate, leadership, or project management experience. Call 855-804-7191 and speak to an Enrollment Advisor if you wish to clarify whether your work experience qualifies.
Personal essays are an opportunity to express your unique qualifications, experiences and reasons for applying to the MBA program. Focusing mainly on your professional life, use details and specific examples to describe your distinctive qualities, and what you can contribute to the program.
Essay 1: In 200 words or less, briefly describe your career progress to date. Why is the Baylor MBA program the right partner in helping you meet your educational needs and career goals?
Essay 2: In 500 words or less, discuss a situation in the workplace or classroom when you had to make a difficult ethical decision or choice. What drove you to make that particular choice?
Two Professional Letters of Recommendation
Include two professional letters of recommendation from employers and superiors who can attest to your talents, professional skills, work accomplishments, and qualifications for consideration as a Baylor MBA online student. Submit contact information for your two references when completing your application.
